Greg is a fantastic realtor and I couldn't recommend using him more highly. I was selling my house in Philadelphia while I was living in Denver. He went above and beyond all typical realtor duties. He provided contractors for work I needed done on the house, he checked on progress and the quality of work that was being done and he even made sure the small patch of "landscaping" in front of the house was upkept during the showing process. He really made the everything stress free for me.
This was my first house sale so I didn't really know what to expect. Greg was very communicative and honest throughout. He wasn't all rose colored glasses if there was an issue. We found Greg through our lawyer who said to us “I usually don’t like real estate agents, but I highly recommend Greg.” We were initially working with another agent but not feeling good about the match, so we reached out to Greg - one of the best decisions we made in our home buying process.
As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and inexperience with the process. Greg was not only patient, but also an amazing resource for information and recommendations (we still reach out to him whenever we need a reference for a tradesperson). Both my husband and I have demanding jobs and Greg always found a way to accommodate our schedules.
Greg knows the market extremely well. In our first conversation he heard what we were looking for and suggested the Bella Vista neighborhood. We initially wrote him off thinking we knew Philly and knew what we wanted - fast forward and that is exactly where we ended up purchasing and we love it.
But the moment when we really knew we made the right decision with Greg was when we were under agreement for a house and things started going sideways. He never tried to sway us one way or the other, but he told us at the start, “don’t buy this house because you feel obligated to me or anyone else.” Right there we saw that Greg cared much more about getting us the right house than getting a sizable commission.
We pulled out of that agreement and a couple months later ended up closing on a much better house for us - it really felt like fate that we found it. A year in, we could not love our home more and are so grateful for Greg’s help.
